1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, followed by another email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
⚠️ Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In the event of unexpected delays or verification requirements (e.g., address or payment review), processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Times
Delivery time depends on your shipping address and the carrier used.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight.

Additional customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status directly on the carrier’s website or through our Track My Order page.
If your tracking number doesn’t update immediately, please allow 24–72 hours for the courier to register the shipment in their system.
5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for:

Packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed deliveries resulting from recipient absence or refusal to accept delivery.
If a package is returned to us due to delivery issues, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed, issue a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We cannot predict or control these costs.
